Our client, a famous Japanese logistics forwarder is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Customer Service – Logistics ( Courier Service )
Responsibilities
- Provide customer services to clients to maintain and support.
- Responsible for mainly Japanese customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle daily courier operation which arranges pick-up order and contact trucking team, and etc.
- Ensure service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Above 2-3 years experiences in customer service is required
- Excellent command of English & Mandarin
- Working experience in logistics forwarder would be advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
Package
- HKD 17,000 – HKD 19,000 ( Negotiable / Depends on experience )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 08:30 - 18:00 ( Sat: if required )
- Annual Leave : 7 days ~ 14 days
- Discretionary bonus
