Our client, a Japanese electronic parts company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Sales / Sales coordinator - Electronics
Responsibilities
- Maintain the current business and support for developing new customers
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, and report
- Handle company's logistic operations, including limited delivery control
- Support preparation for procurement, budget, monthly report, etc.
- Correspond as contact window for clients and shipping dept. of Japan head office
- Business trip is required ( Max: 1 day / week, mostly working in HK Office )
- Support Japanese sales person, such as translation if required
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Above 1-2 years relevant shipping operation experience
- Business level in Japanese & English required
- Conversational in Mandarin
- Working experience as sales would be advantage
- Familiar with MS Excel & Word
Package
- HKD 14,000 – HKD 20,000 ( Negotiable )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 08:45 – 17:30
- Double Pay & Discretionary
- Annual Leave: 8 days / 1st year, Max 16 days
