Work details
Our client, a global commercial kitchen equipment company focusing on refridgators, is looking for a Sales Administrator
Responsibilities
Working within accounting & admin, service team and some customers service
Assist in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger
Data entries, filing and documentation
Perform for all duties at incoming calls,
Handle administrative duties e.g. office general supplies ordering, banking
Support Service team for paperwork & record
Assist in company events if needed
Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
F. 5 or above, LCC intermediate level with 2 years’ experience
Written and spoken English, Putonghua, Cantonese
Excellent skills in Excel & Word
Independent, self-motivated, hardworking with strong sense of commitment and to be a good team player
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred
Diploma or above
