Accountant/Assistant Accountant-Travel Agent

Our client, Japanese travel agency, is looking for Accountant with following requirements. The parent company is a leading travel agent and listed in Japan .This is a managerial company holding 4 subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Macau & Mainland China




【Requirements】

·         Degree Holder ( Open U and Top up degree is not prefer)

·         Around 2-3 years’ experience in accounting field plus audit experience preferable (experience in CPA and Commercial Company is most preferable)

·         Good command of English and Mandarin

·         Proficient in MS Office 

·         Attention to details and eager to learn

·         Self-motivated, hardworking, able to work under pressure and independent

·         Team player, committed to deadlines with work under pressure

 

【Duties】

·         Monitor and review financial statements of subsidiaries

·         To supervise daily financial and accounting functions and monthly closing process

·         To prepare monthly end, quarterly, yearend closing, assist audit, financial and management reports in a timely manner

·         Assist to prepare tax return and related statutory reports in a timely manner

·         Assist to practice internal control, budget preparation, tax plan, cash management etc.

·         To handle full set of accounts

·         To handle any ad hoc duties ( accounting and admin duties is around 10-20% only)

·         Reconcile intercompany current accounts
