Our client, a Japanese apparel materials company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following.
Japanese speaking Customer Service Officer - Apparel materials
Responsibilites
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping and invoice
- Handle company's logistic operations, including limited delivery control
- Mainly handle products of Japanese famous retail company
- Ensure services commitments fulfilled & meet clients' requirements
- Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Above 2 years customer service experience
- Excellent command of Japanese & Mandarin
- Good command of English
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and cooperative preferred
Packages
- HKD 13,000 – HKD 16,000 ( Negotiable )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 - 18:00
- Double pay & Discretional Bonus
- Annual Leave: 7 days / 1st year
