Work details
Our client, an electronics trading company is now looking the candidate as below requirement -
Job Duties:
•Perform full reception function in a professional manner
•Responsible for general reception duties including greeting visitors, handling telephone calls, mailing services etc
•Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR & Admin. department
•Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Degree holder with 1 year relevant experience
•Excellent telephone manner, greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
•Cheerful, good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, organized and attention to details
•Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
•Good command in Mandarin, English, Japanese speaking is required
•Immediate available preferred
