Work details
Our client a Japanese design and manufacturing company which is providing Smartphone equipment, is expanding their business and now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
- Communicate with factories and overseas branches for product import and on-time delivery
- Business trip to factories in Shenzhen & Donguan when required
- Handle office general affairs and administration
- Daily cash management such as office expenses, payment receiving and bookkeeping
- Assisting the Japanese Director and Manager
- Frequent communicate with partner factories in PRC by phone and email
- Workload is more focused on shipping role
Requirements
- 3 years experiences of shipping/sales coordinator or accounting role
- Good in handling multiple issues, Detail minded personality
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Japanese speaking is an advantage but not necessary
- Flexible, self-motivated and pro-active person is preferred
- Immediately available
Package
- 20K
- Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
- Double Pay + Discretionary bonus
- AL 7days 1st year, Max 14 days
- Medical Allowance
- Location Causeway Bay(the office will move to PMQ from January)
