Japanese Speaking Finance Manager - Manufacturer & Trading

Our client, a famous Japanese Manufacturing & Trading Company is looking for a talent to fill up the position: 


Handle corporate finance initiatives including M&A, financial advisory and fund raising activities
Fully participate on deal life cycle including due diligence, execution process and assist in listing rules compliance issues
Responsible for researching, assessing potential deals, reviewing feasibility study report, providing business and financial recommendations on projects
Monitor the financial performance of the company and prepare regular financial analysis
Prepare, coordinate and participate in annual and interim report publication
Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties
Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned

 

Requirements:


A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration
8 years of related working experience in corporate finance, trading firm or professional firms
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Immediately available will be an edge
