Work details
Our client, a Japanese design and manufacturing company which is providing Smartphone equipment, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
- Support the sales & marketing team, Report to a Japanese Sales & Marketing Manager
- Communicate with Japanese customers, factories and overseas branches for product import and on-time delivery
- Handle shipping operation, preparation of documents, issue L/C, I/E declaration
- Business trip to Shenzhen & Donguan frequently and sometimes to Japan
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 years’ experience in shipping / sales coordinator role
- Knowledge of Photoshop / AI would be an added advantage
- Good communication skill of Japanese, Mandarin and English
- Self-motivated, Cheerful, Responsible and Proactive personality
- Someone who can work with a small number of people
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Package
- Mon-Fri (09:00-18:00)
- 16-18K
- Double Pay + Discretionary bonus
- AL 1st year 7 days, Max 14 days

- Location: currently Tin Hau(the office will move to PMQ soon)
