Our client, a Japanese Electronics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following.
Japanese speaking Accounting & Admin officer - Electronics
Responsibilities
- Handling accounting procedures (ex. Prepare cheque, issue debit note, data entries)
- Full-set accounting, prepare financial reports and accounting related reports
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and other management reports
- Support all-rounded HR and administrative duties, including payroll, compensation & benefits and other related duties
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Above 3-4 years experiences in accounting duties
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
- Conversational in Japanese would be preferred
- Familiar with MS Excel & Word
Package
- HKD 18,000 – HKD 20,000 ( negotiable )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 - 17:00
- Annual Leave: 10 days / 1st year
- Travel Allowance: Yes ( Depends on country )
