详细工作内容
Our client, a Japanese Garment manufacturing & trading company is now looking for a talent as below.
[Responsibilities]
- Handle customers' requirements, orders and enquiries from clients and suppliers
- Preparation of documents for ordering, shipping, customers, delivery, and invoicing
- Support delivery arrangement cooperating and communicating with forwarders and factories.
- Responsible for data entry of sales transaction to the internal system to support bookkeeping
- Ad hoc administrative and sales supporting duties upon requests
[Requirements]
- Diploma or above, in any disciplines are considerable
- Possess some working experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Assisting, Shipping Clerk
- Worked in manufacturing, trading or fashion/garment industry is preferable
- Acknowledge of operation for importing/exporting, trading duties is big advantage
- Good command in using Mandarin and English is must
