業務内容- お客様及び代理店からのお問い合わせ対応- 管理業務およびアウトスタンディングのフォローアップ- 事業開発マネージャーのアシスト- 日本語から英語 / 中国語への書類の翻訳- セミナー開催時のアシスト- 臨時業務に対するアシスト募集要項:- 日本語を母国語とし英語もしくは中国語がビジネスレベルの方- ビジネスマナーがあり、コミュニケーション能力の高い方- 何事にも屈せず、学ぼうという意思をお持ちの方- 1~2年のカスタマーサービス/ホスピタリティ/金融/保険の経験をお持ちの方尚可- IIQEペーパー1、3、5(保険ブローカー資格)をお持ちの方優遇- ビザお持ちの方歓迎給与•厚生福利:- コミッション有り- ボーナス有り(業績による)- 医療保険及び年金制度(MPF)有りEnglish version :Responsibilities:- Handle clients or business partners’ enquiries- Perform business admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues- Assistant to Business Development Manager- Translating documents from Japanese to Chinese / English- Prepare seminar for Business Development Manager- Assist on ad hoc jobs if necessaryRequirements:- Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese;- Willing to learn and hard working;- Good servicing manner- Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development- 1 to 2 years of Customer service / Hospitality / Finance / Insurance experience- Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage
