Work details
Responsibilities:
- Provide extraordinary and memorable experiences to our guests
- Prepare all types of sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi for sushi production
- Assist in creating innovative and astonish Japanese dishes
- Ensure all company hygiene and service standards are met
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in Japanese cuisine
- Experience in Michelin level restaurant is a plus.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational skill
- Good command of spoken & written English.
