Work details
Job duties:
• Carry out administrative support to daily operations
• Follow up customers’ enquiries, sales progress update, purchasing orders and other related requests
• Prepare and arrange sales quotation/ order/ documentation and system input for pre- and after-sales services
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties
• Assist to monitor stock level and prepare order for stock replenishment
• Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
• Degree holder
• 1 to 2 years general &/ sales administration experience
• Conversational level of Japanese
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good knowledge in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is definitely a plus but not essential
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and independent
• Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
• An individual with high integrity who exercises high level of confidentiality
• Immediate available is highly preferred

• 顧客、業者、内部関係者との調整等
• 在庫管理と在庫補充の注文準備サポート
• その他必要に応じた一時的な業務等
必要資格:
• 学位保持者
• 1~2年の販売管理経験
• 日常会話レベルの日本語は必須です
• ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き、会話
• ビジネスレベルの中国語(広東語、北京語)も望ましいが必須ではない
• ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントスキル
• 意識が高く自発的に動ける人、細かいことに気が付く方
• 意思疎通能力が高く外交的な方
• 誠実で、守秘義務を守れる方
• すぐに始められる方歓迎
