Our client, a Japanese electronics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Administrative Manager - Electronics
Responsibilities
- To handle expenditure & liquidation such as ordering and managing credit sales/credit purchase
- Remittance overseas and handling an internet banking, L/C, and summary journalizing, etc.
- Submitting the recording materials to the accounting firm, checking financial statements, and corresponding to audit, etc.
- To handle taxation matters, such as employment tax and income tax, etc.
- Payroll processing in Hong Kong & foreign branches, including MPF
- Manage the contracts of Hong Kong branch
- Prepare an invoice, official letter, and etc. by MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Above 3-5 years experiences in accounting duties
- Excellent command of Japanese ( Due to contact with head office in Japan )
- Good command of English and Mandarin, especially reading & writing
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Self-motivated, capable of being solved would be preferable
- immediate available is an advantage, at least the end of October
