Our client is a well-established MNC electronic company.
They are looking for an experience & professional Personal Assistant to serve the CEO as the following detail -
Duties
Personal Assistant to CEO to handle complex and personal matters
Plan and coordinate meeting schedules and travel itineraries and manage the CEO’s calendar accurately.
Screen phone calls, incoming emails, fax and post enquiries and requests, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
Assist in confidential filing, office admin matters.
Liaise with external clients, suppliers and internal staff.
Maintain and organize files to ensure accurate information is available to the director
Perform special and ad-hoc project assignments
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Degree holder or equivalent with relevant studies in business.
With a minimum 8 years working experience as an Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant, with experience in serving Top Management Level is preferable
Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Smart, fast, detail-minded, tactful, mature, well-organized, responsible and good interpersonal
Immediate available is highly preferred
