Our client, a Japanese toys manufacturer, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
Provide all-rounded support to sales admin and licensing team
Issue PO, CO, full set of shipping documents for online products
Coordinate with factory and handle shipping arrangements
Monitor payment status with the customer
Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirements
Diploma or above
At least 1 year experience in sales support, including administration or shipping
Good command of English and Mandarin, good in Japanese
