Our client, a Japanese trading company which is dealing with semiconductors and electric components is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
- Arrange shipping schedule and inform to customers
- Communicate with customer and supplier to keep good relationship
- Input the data of order, stocks, purchase and sales
- Prepare the quotation and manage delivery date
- Moving products once in 1-2 weeks(aprox 15pcs of boxes each 12kg)
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Business trip to Shenzhen/Dongguan will be required(around 4~6 times a year, day trip)
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in shipping/sales coordinator
- Experience of handling electric parts or sales is an advantage
- Excellent command in English and Mandarin
- Conversation level in Japanese is an advantage
- Someone who is stable, good communication skills and detail mind
- Immediately available(Someone who can work from 27th Sep)
Package
- 11K-12K
- 5 days work(Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
- Double Pay
