E-Commerce Manager - Cosmetic

Our client, a famous Japanese cosmetic company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -
Duties
Start up and manage company’s online businessCoordinate with IT Consultants, Accounts, Logistic and Marketing Department to setup the online businessWork with marketing team to develop promotion activities for our online shop and increase the awareness for our brand.Coordinate with Logistic and Account Department to manage daily on-line transactionManage daily operations include handling customer enquiries and complaints, website maintenance and update, stock control and product update, payments, etc.Monitor and analyze sales performance and members activities and prepare for reports.



Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplineMinimum 5 years FMCG & Cosmetics brand working experience on managing digital platform and online business.Proficient in MS Office Skills; Knowing in Adobe Photoshop and Website Analysis Software is an advantage.Experience on Web programmingGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsIndependent, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines


Package
Admiralty 35-40K 5 days’ work 12 months with discretionary bonus
