Native Japanese Speaking Account Manager  - Commercial press 



This sales role is based in Tokyo  


Responsibilities:

- Responsible for retaining and growing key account by contract renewal / upsell to maximize the sales.

- Implement Sales and Marketing for retaining and growing a business across Japan including Financial service, Government, Education, Corporate and Professional Services.
- Provide excellent communication skills customer centric approach and building relationships with key client. 


Requirements: 
- Degree holder in Business / Marketing or related discipline
- 4-5 years of sales experience from B-to-B, institutional sales, relationship manager.
-  Proven track record to handle key client to ensure renewal and upsell opportunities are maximized.

- Fluent in English. Native in Japanese is a must. 
- Good communication skills. Listens to customers to build collaborative and profitable customer relationships.
- Detail oriented with ownership on profit and loss.
- Team player - Able to work with team members and other departments courteously to get things done within the organization.
- MSWord, Excel and Powerpoint.


Package:
•5 days

• High basic salary + monthly commission
• Japan, Tokyo
