Our client, a famous Japanese electronic trading company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team - Duties
Provide secretarial support to the top management Excellent calendar management skills including the coordination of complex executive meetings;Schedule appointments and make arrangements for meetings;Preparation of business reports, meeting minutes, agenda and supporting documents; Keep private and confidentially documents; prepare the director’s report, accounting report…etcAssist Senior Management to manage and maintain operational statistics;Work with different departments to coordinate various company activities & functions;Prepare presentation materials and reports, have analytical skill in customer survey and presentation skill required Perform Japanese to Chinese or English translation ;Arrange accommodation and travel arrangements Familiar with CSR regulation, audit report Assist in ad-hoc projects when required.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above;Minimum 3-years of experience in administration or secretarial position;Proficient in Japanese and EnglishGood communication skills with positive and polite attitude;Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;Attentive to details, good time management, analytical thinking, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;Well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to deadlines;Proactive, mature and with positive personalityImmediate availability is preferable
