Vice President (Property Finance) - Investment Banking Department


Job Duties & Responsibilities
Promote property finance and provide product expertise to enhance the bank's market presence in East Asia, mainly cover Hong Kong, China, Korea and Taiwan
Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and market players, including real-estate developers, investors, banks and other practitioners such as surveyors and valuers, etc.

Lead and manage the end to end process from sourcing and originating property related financing to execute and close the transactions
Partner with different teams in credit approval and conduct periodic review on property portfolio
Assist in market and cashflow analysis, structuring, preparing terms sheet and documentation process to support property related transactions
Handle regulatory and compliance related matters for the team



Requirements
Degree holder with minimum 7 years' relevant experience and track record in real estate investment or management
Sound understanding of the property market trend and regulatory conditions in respective markets
Ability to structure deals, prepare credit proposal and analyze financial and cashflow statements
Strong negotiation and influencing skills; Critical thinking and problem solving skills to meet customer needs
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to administer affairs, making call report and expense claim applications
Multi-tasking and attend to details; able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Good command of both English and Chinese
