Requirements
Good command of Japanese, English and MandarinAround 3years working experience, preferably in Japanese company/ in customer service fieldFamiliar with SNS and WebInterpersonal skill
Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from customers from overseas through email,SNS and ChatResponsible for web site and web-based applications design, development, maintenance, implementationHandle shipping and delivery arrangementAssist in other ad hoc duties
