<p>Our client, a famous Japanese electronics manufacturing and trading company, specialized in electronics parts, is now looking for a sales assistant.</p><p>
</p><p><b><u>Job duties</u></b></p><p><b></b></p><p><b>
</b></p><p></p><p>• Provide sales administration support to sales team in Hong Kong Office, such as processing sales order, monitoring delivery and issuing invoice etc.</p><p>• Communicate and liaise between factories and clients </p><p>• Handle ad hoc projects</p><p>

</b></p><p></p><p>• 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered</p><p>• Good command of English and Mandarin. Japanese speaking is an advantage</p><p>• MS Office applications with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing</p><p>• With team spirit and willing to learn</p><p>• Immediate availability is highly preferred</p><p>
