Our client, a global trading & manufacturer company is now seeking for the following talent to fill up their team:
Job Responsibilities:
Forecast and stock operations between customers and suppliers;Receiving inquiries & order from customers;Preparing the quotation to customers;Placing PI/PO; Coordinating shipping schedule with customers and suppliers;Issuing invoice, following their payments; Plan Booking, Sales and Collection by noon of 2nd working date of the month.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or LogisticsMin. 3 years of experience in Sales Support in Trading/Manufacturing IndustryFluent in both spoken & written in English & MandarinStrong in Excel, PowerPoint and sensitive to figuresSelf-motivated, detail-oriented & able to meet tight deadlinesStrong communication as team player and with high sense of responsibilityImmediately available would be an advantage
