Our client, a well-known Japanese bank, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Customer Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily transactions for assigned customers like loan/deposit transaction, fund transfer, foreign exchange, etc
- Communicate with marketing officers for seeking more business opportunities
- Other ad-hoc projects and job duties assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or other business related
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Japanese and English, with knowledge in Mandarin. JLPT Level 1 is a must.
- Excellent in computer applications like MS Word and Excel
- Good communication and organization skills
- Good team player, polite and sociable
