Japanese Speaking Store Support Officer - Young Fashion Brand

Our client, a young fashion retail brand is looking for a candidate with the following requirements:



·         Assist to manage all store supplies including shipment supplies and fixtures, and places orders per the supply order schedule

·         Assist manager in area covering Inventory monitoring, loss prevention programs and training support

·         Take meeting minutes, assist and consolidate in the preparation and proofreading of documents

·         Support all stores’ operations

·         Translate regular documents and act as a Japanese/Chinese interpreter

·         Communicate with different internal parties in order to ensure smooth store operation
Ad hoc duties are required

  



Requirements 


•Degree holder is a MUST
•Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese (N1) and English
•2 years or above working experience, in secretarial or coordinator field is highly preferred 
•Experience in retail industry will be a definite advantage
•Pleasant and mature personality
