【Job Description】
• Conducting and management of scientific research on advanced therapeutic products, such as stem cells
• Management of research team and research collaboration with academia and industries in HK
• Education and training of junior-level associates and researchers
• Communication with HQ in Japan
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences and related disciplines (e.g. Medicine, Science, and Agricultural Science）
• Working experience: More than 5 years in R&D field.
• Strong leadership competencies, including effective communication and efficient collaboration with co-workers in R&D field.
• English: Business level (The official language of the company)
• Experience in government funding application.
• Experience of presentation in international congress.

• Communication in Japanese, but not mandatory
• Working experience in the regenerative medicine field
• Having experience in tissue culture, cell and molecular biology, cloning and genome editing techniques
