Japanese Speaking Marketing Team Assistant Manager

■Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the overall business related to the expansion of exports of Japan food and ingredients to Hong Kong and other Asian countries and regions.
Specifically, we provide the following services to our main clients, administrative agencies such as Japan, related industry groups, and producers.

・Planning, proposal and management of events for Japan food and ingredients in Hong Kong and other Asian countries and regions (including coordination with partner companies when implementing them)
・Coordination with companies and partners in other Asian countries and regions in implementing the above, and building networking that contributes to it
・Implementation of marketing research (collection and analysis of macro and micro data), questionnaires (item setting, aggregation, analysis), and compilation of such reports
・Activities to expand sales channels (including so-called sales operations) and networking construction that contributes to them
・Planning, coordination, operation (support) of other projects incidental to the above (booth attendance at exhibitions, business meetings, tasting parties, SNS planning and management, media correspondence, etc.)
・Confirmation of restrictions on the export of goods to Hong Kong and other Asian countries and regions, necessary arrangements, and coordination with importer parties
・Other related operations
・Client visits and overseas business trips to Asian countries and regions other than Hong Kong (about several times a year)

■Required Qualifications:
- Language skills (Japanese, English: business level, Cantonese and Chinese: not required, but preferred)
*Reporting to direct supervisors and team meetings in Japanese or English
・PC skills　
EXCEL/WORD (BUSINESS LEVEL: MARKETING AND RESEARCH REPORTS, PROPOSALS, ETC.)
PPT (level at which you can compile proposals and reports, and make presentations to related parties)
Graphic design software (not required, but preferred)
・Other marketing-related knowledge (not required, but desirable)

・In the long term, being expected to play a role in considering and implementing the direction of company management as well as company management.
