<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with the Chinese suppliers and JP HQ regarding technical issues
• Assist sales team members in technical-related issues (before & after sales)
• Investigate and follow up on the repairing services
• Ensure products meet JP HQ’s expectations
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Business trip to China (mainly in Shenzhen) after COVID( 1-2 times per month)
• Training opportunities in Japan(1 week)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• 2 years of sales engineer experience in the electronics industry preferred
• Candidates with NO relevant experience will also be considered
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
