Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer (FAE)

<Job Responsibilities>
・On-site customer support: Schematic/ PCB layout Review, RF matching, Debugging & Failure Analysis.
・Willing to travel PRC factory or customer is must
・RF Device/ Module evaluation and Characterization, and feedback to design team.
・Prepare and maintain application notes/ training material for internal and external
・Automatic Measurement software development and setup with Labview & Matlab
・Support customer projects with collaboration of Product Engineer & Sales


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electronics Engineering is preferable)
・Work experience with 4-5 years in GSM, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G handset application, RF matching circuit design
・Experience in RF Device / Module evaluation (Power Amplifier/ LNA/ Switches/ Coupler/ Multiplexer/ Filter, etc)

・Familiar with mobile communication standards, 3GPP Spec (GSM/ WCDMA/ TDSCDMA/ CDMA2000/ LTE/ 5G-NR)
・Hands-on experience on Communication tester (MT8000A MT8820/ MT8821 / CMW500/ CMU200/ 8960), Network Analyzer, RF Signal Generator & Spectrum Analyzer
・Familiar with MTK, Qualcomm, HiSilicon platform (Driver & NV Setting)
・To have an interest about marketing or sales engineer of RF products.
・Good communication & team work spirit.
・Good problem-solving skill with logical mindset
・Good command in spoken & written English and Mandarin
・Proficient in PC Application
・Independent, self-motivated, willing to learn and cope with
・fast-pace working culture
・Candidates with more experience will be considered as higher position
・Immediate available preferred


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Knowledge of simulation software (e.g. ADS/ HFSS), Experience on Labview, Matlab programming is an advantage
・Knowledge of PA characterization (e.g. Loadpull), ET application experience will be an advantage
