<Job Responsibilities>
• Assist the Sales Engineering team in handling documents, such as test data and results, records, meeting minutes, and drawing according to the ISO standards, and 5s standards
• Liaise with the HQ in Japan and make sure the documentation is in accordance with HQ's guidelines
• Liaise with clients to understand their ISO and 5s requirements and make sure the product is in accordance with such requirements
• Assist in general administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, copying, filing, mailing
• Business trip to suppliers' factories in China(Day trip) and Vietnam(4d3n), around once to twice per year
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder or above
• At least 3 years of sales administrative experience in a Japanese company is preferred
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), Chinese, and English
• Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
