仕事詳細
We are looking candidate with
Detailed oriented and willing to learn
Energetic (Genki), initiative and proactive
Positive, self-motivated and sense of responsibilities
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Flexible attitude towards work (both for travel and holiday work)
As Team Player of the Team and Division to
Provide support and participate in Team Projects
Provide secretarial & administrative supports for internal and external parties
Provide administrative supports to the management team
Perform Chinese – Japanese translation for corporate documents
Perform interpretation for Japanese – Chinese (Cantonese / Putonghua) in meetings, training, and conferences
Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
Travel to China or oversea when required
Required Profile
Degree holder, with major in Japanese Studies or other related disciplines
at least 1 years of related working experience, with experience in Japanese company or working experience in Japan would be a plus (Fresh graduates or candidates with junior experience are also welcomed)
Certification of Level 1 (N1) in Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent
Able to translate and interpret during conferences, lectures, seminars (with experience in oral translation is a definite advantage)
Proven excellent command of verbal and written skills for both Japanese and Chinese
Enthusiasm for education industry
