<Job Responsibilities>
・Liaise with clients, factories and warehouse for shipment & delivery arrangement
・Issuing Invoice, packing lists and others related documents
・Handling customs declaration & courier arrangement
・Supporting office administration duties & activities
Office administration duties are including, but not limited to, ordering for office supplies & stationery, courier arrangement, custom declaration, company activities, etc.
・Coordinating with internal departments and external parties
・Ad-hoc duty
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・F.5 / DSE or above with min. 2 years relevant working experience in shipping/operations/documentation (local & overseas) and office administration duties.
・PC proficiency in Word & Excel
・Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
・Office Admin experience is a must
・Willing to learn, energetic and well organized
・Self-motivated and being a good team-player
・Good interpersonal and communication skills
・Immediate available is highly preferred
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in Microsoft AX/D365 system would be an added advantage
・Knowledge on Japanese language would be an added advantage
