仕事詳細
-Food and drinks recommendations, taking orders, serving foods/drinks
-Responsible for overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
-Ensure all customers are satisfied and served according to standards
-Handle complaints from customers and inform management when complaints are given
-Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills
Job’s Requirement:
-1-2 years of relevant experience in Japanese Restaurant an advantage
-Excellent customer service skills
-Polite, initiative, responsible & hardworking
-Great team player
-Good command of English/Cantonese/Mandarin, Native Japanese speaker preferred
