Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese listed company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator:
Job Description
• Handle customers’ enquiries, quotation preparation and regular correspondences
• Handle existing customers’ orders, follow up with shipment and sampling.
• Maintain business relations with customers to cultivate profitable sales and growth.
• Coordinate with business related overseas parties, such as buyers, suppliers and HQ office
• Correspond to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Assist sales manager to promote textile products and various services to generate sales
• Gather market information and generate sales performance report for analysis
Requirements
• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 2 years’ sales coordination experience with garment or fabric background will be advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or above)
• Sound knowledge in PC operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, patient, self-initiative
• Business travel is required (China and Asia Pacific)
• Immediate available is preferred
