Team Head of HK Corp, Corporate Banking Department

Our client is a well-established and progressive Chinese bank in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Team Head to lead the HK Corp RM team to serve the bank's local large corp clients. 






Responsibilities:


•Develop and grow the existing local large corporate business relationships established by the bank by promoting loans, trade, deposit, and treasury products and arranging syndication loans to align with bank strategy growth


•Structure banking facilities and be responsible for day-to-day client liaisons to understand the clients' latest banking needs


•Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to help them achieve their individual sales and the team target(s)


•Responsible for credit quality and facilities review of the team portfolio


•Develop a profitable book of clientele with healthy risk appetite






Requirements:


•Degree in Business / Finance or related disciplines


•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate banking of which at least 3 years involving people management 


•Strong track record in achieving sales targets and knowledge of current business environment and market contacts


•Charismatic and able to drive people to perform 


•Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
