Our client, a famous Japanese banking is now looking for a talent to fulfill their team –
Job Scope
Responsible for origination of DCM transactions;
Manage and facilitate all aspects of new issues including deal structuring, terms negotiation, roadshow and pricing process, etc;
Oversee and assess distribution and pricing strategy for potential clients;
Coordinate with internal sales forces to form syndicate in the execution of DCM deals;
Establish and maintain good working relationship with external counterparts in order to promote the Bank’s DCM activities;
Supervise, motivate, manage and develop junior members of the team to ensure high level of performance and service quality.
Requirements
Experience in handling the entire process of DCM deal i.e. from start to finish
Experience in leading a team
Strong at origination i.e. getting new deals
7 or more years of experience in DCM segment
University Degree in Investment, Finance or Business related discipline; CFA is ideal
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
