Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese electronics and materials trading company is now looking for an Assistant as followings:
Job Description
• Handle daily accounting duties for accounts payable, monthly payment estimate, matching and payments
• Handle daily accounting duties for logistic expenses and staff claims payable, data entry and payments
• Assist and support the accounts related operation for subsidiary companies or representative offices
• Assist the finance manager for daily operation
• Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or finance field
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organized, strong problem solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Able to work independently
