仕事詳細
Our client, a Japanese machinery company is looking for a sales assistant to join their team:
Job duties
• Support the sales administration activities,
• Prepare quotation, packing list and invoice
• Follow up sales order with Japan HQ, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job requirements
• About 2-3 years sales coordinating experience
• Good command of Japanese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft officer including Words and Excel
Package
• TST
• 14K
• Mon – Fri (09:00 – 18:00)
• Double Pay
• Transportation allowance
