Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese commercial Bank is looking for a Japanese Speaking Store Operation Manager as followings:
Job Description
<From start working date to March 2020> *No sift working
- Work in HK office for OJT
<From April 2020>
- Station in Japan from April 2020 around 10 months to one year
- For first half, work in their real shop in Japan to learn the products and service *shift working
- For second half, work in Japanese HQ office to learn operation, management and back office duties
<After returning to HK> *No shift working
- Educate and supervise staffs in franchise stores
- Maintain the customer service level in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- Communicate with different internal parties in order to ensure smooth store operations
- Support General Manager and Sales Manager
- Handle any ad hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese
- Experience of working or studying in Japan is highly preferred
- Working experience of shop staff is an advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Able to station in Japan around one year
- Familiar with MS Office
- Good communication skill and willing to learn new things

HKD15,000 – 25,000
- Mon - Fri : 09:00 – 18:00

*Package in Japan is TBC, but company will support whole rent, medical and flight ticket for temporary return about once or twice during station period
