Company Overview
Our client, Japanese Trading Company, is looking for a [Japanese speaking Sales Assistant] as followings:
Job Description
-Handle system input for the order from Japan
-Management the delivery schedule and handle the delivery schedule inquiry, mainly from China
-Respond to inquiry from Japan
-Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
-Conversation level Japanese and English and Business level Mandarin
-Good ability of MS Office, e.g. MS Word, Excel
-Responsibility and Flexibility
