Our client, a Japan's company with a business line in Travel service. To cope with their business growth. They are currently seeking a candidate with good experience in Travel industry to join their team.
Japanese Speaking Travel Consultant - Travel Industry
Duties:
- Provide travel consultancy & professional advice to customer
- Maintain and develop good network with airlines, agents and hotels
- Handle ticketing, hotel reservation and visa applications
- Update marketing information e.g. website and brochure
- Translate travel product and package in Japanese
- Plan tour itineraries for corporate group
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferable with Certificate in Travel and Tourism
- Possess minimum 2 years’ working experience in travel industry
- Experience in using air ticket booking system e.g. Abacus, Galileo
- Fluency in spoken Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) English, Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills and customer services
- Able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Package:
• 5 - 5.5 days / 09:00 – 18:00
• Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
• HK Island
• up to $18K
