Our client, the popular Japanese sweets shop is now looking for a shop manager to set up new shop in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
•To manage day-to-day operation of the retail shop which is located in the department store
•To be responsible in sales treating Japanese traditional confectionery and modern sweets.
•To report to the operations manager the store operation from sales to people management
Requirements:
•Possess working experience as sales & marketing in food & beverage or restaurant business
•Fundamental acknowledge for retail store management
•Native Cantonese, Good command in spoken Japanese (JLPT N1 is required)
Package:
•Shift-time working
•Medical allowance
•Causeway Bay
•18-20K
