Our client, a strategic business consultancy firm is now looking for a suitable candidate to join their elite team-


Director


Responsibilities: 
Build client relationships and source new projects in diverse industries 
Lead, design and finalize client deliverable, including shaping the overall problem solving approach 
Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on standard engagements 
Demonstrate different influencing styles, adjusted to different individual styles of clients and managing the buy-in of key decision makers 
Demonstrate deep knowledge of a sector 
Motivate, coach and develop project team members 
Provide constructive upwards feedback 
Identify, pursue and covert a pipeline of business development opportunities, including cross-selling 




Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of work experience in project sourcing /management, or related experience
Comprehensive project management experience, including managing the project plans and budgets of multiple exercises, identifying appropriate project staff, assigning roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the project budget is sufficient to meet the required scope
Experience from top-tier consulting firms in Hong Kong is highly preferred
Strong managerial and leadership skills; experience leading teams required
Prior experience leading project teams and managing scope, budget, schedule, and performance
Excels at working with clients to assure high quality project outcomes are delivered on time
Highly proficient in tracking progress of project activity, relative to baselined milestones outlined in detailed work plans
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Chinese
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be resourceful and take initiative
