Assistant IT Officer

A Japanese fashion retail Company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team: 


Responsibilities:
• To liaise and negotiate with vendors or suppliers on quotation for setup, implementation, repair and maintenance of IT hardware & software
• To provide support on IT tools training regular updates and ensure the IT standard and guideline to users in the region
• To perform technical hardware/software operations support; installation maintenance and testing 
• To manage of IT first level (help desk) for Hong Kong resp. to the key users in Hong Kong office and Hong Kong branch offices according to the Incident Management process 
• To help the team build its capabilities though the adoption of best practice processes that are highly tailored to the needs of the company
• Ensure the system and data security in Hong Kong according to the security guidelines
• To assist in maintaining the Company’s information system including network and software
• To assist in managing and maintenance for the internal web, database and IT hardware
• To deliver support for Install, test, maintain and monitor PC’s and notebook’s hardware and software in order to ensure smooth operation
• To assist in departmental and company-wide projects with IT interfaces.
• Report activities to the IT Manager periodically, and escalate right away when necessary


Requirements:
• Tertiary education above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 1-2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge on Microsoft Office, TCP/ IP and LAN/ WAN support
• Windows / Wins Server / Lync based network experience and knowledge of operation’s setting 
• Detail oriented, high accuracy and able to perform multi-tasks
• Use initiative to resolve problems and display a logical approach to work
• A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to explain benefit & cost trade off to control business requirements
• Experience in collaboration with global team


Package
• Mon – Fri / 9:00am – 18:00pm 
• Tsim Sha Tsui 
• Salary up to 21K 
• Bonus
