Company Overview
Our client, a very famous Japanese Electronic Company, is looking for a [Assistant Executive –Accounting Department] as followings:
Job Description
• Managing the day to day accounting operations
• Prepare daily accounting vouchers, data entries, document filing and checking
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, general ledger functions;
• Managing and assist full set of accounts and month end closing;
• Prepare accounting support, including monthly reporting, accounts analysis;
• Liaise with various departments for operation matters;
• To handle other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
• A recognized degree or diploma in Accountancy/LCC higher or equivalent
• 2 or more years’ experiences in a similar role which is an advantage
• Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills
• High discipline, Responsibility, Reliable, Cooperating, Positive, and always has good suggestion and ideas
• Strong communications skills, good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
