Company Overview<br/>Our client, a famous Japanese manufacture is now looking for the following candidate as below:<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>- Prepare payment voucher, staffs’ claims and business trip expenses; issue cheque and invoice, etc.<br/>- Daily inventory updates in accounting system<br/>- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and other management reports<br/>- Prepare sales invoices and handle petty cash management<br/>- Perform clerical and some administrative work <br/>- Handle any ad-hoc duties upon required<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>- Conversational Japanese and Good command of English and Mandarin<br/>- Above 1 year working experience in any field<br/>- Relevant working experience is highly preferred <br/>- Proficient in MS Word and Excel<br/>- Flexible and willing to support ad-hoc duties<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>[Salary]<br/>For no relevant experience: 12 - 14K<br/>For with above 1 year relevant working experience: 14 - 17K<br/><br/>[Working Hour]<br/>Mon-Fri : 9am – 5:30pm <br/><br/>[Allowance]<br/>Transportation : Yes *at cost Max:hkd800/month<br/>Medical : Yes<br/>Over time : Yes<br/>Travel : No<br/>Double Pay : Yes<br/>Bonus : Discretionary <br/>Annual Leave : 1st year (7) days plus 3 days special leave after probation, 2nd & 3rd year (10)days, Maximum (20) days<br/>Sick Leave : Yes *1st yaer 5 days/year, 2nd year 5days/year, Max 8days/year<br/><br/>[Probation Period] : 3 months<br/><br/>
