Officer/Senior Clerk – Financial Service

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese leasing company, which is the subsidiary of one of the largest Banks of Japan is looking for candidates with the following:

Job Description
- Supervise insurance and license to perform checking on processing license and insurance renewal, data updating in system record and other daily processing.
- Maintain and update the control registers of license renewal.
- Check to ensure that customer has properly signed license renewal form together with all other necessary documents given for processing licence renewal.
- Perform back-up function to attend Transportation Department for processing license renewal
- Send reminders to customers to renew insurance coverage and vehicle license on or before expiration.
- Receive and check incoming documents including license renewal forms and insurance policies submitted by dealers or customers over counters.
- To handle VRD borrowing according to operation procedures and maintain proper records for follow up.
- To contact customer or dealers for documentation follow up.
- Attend telephone service hotline in handling customers’ enquiries.
- To Back up and share other jobs with other team members and handle ad hoc assignments.

Requirements
-Around 2 years experience in banking ,insurance,financial firm
-Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
-Mature, stable with positive mind
-Good command of English
-Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
