Company Overview<br/>Our Client, a famous toy company is now looking for the following candidate<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>-Prepare and the HR monthly attendance reports<br/>-Assist the application and renewal of employment visa for company staff<br/>-Handle name card creation and body check arrangement for company staff<br/>-Handle the staff medical claims form<br/>-Assist in the recruitment and training duties when necessary<br/>-Prepare HR supporting documents, data entry duties<br/>-Ad-hoc projects and other administration duties<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>-Fresh grad in Human Resources or a related discipline is highly prefer<br/>-Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese<br/>-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing<br/>- JLPT N2 holder or above is an advantage<br/>-Immediately available candidate will be highly prefer<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>-5 days work<br/>-Bank Holidays & Company Holidays<br/>-Double Pay<br/>-Discretionary Bonus<br/>-Medical coverage (Hospitalization, Out-Patient & Dental)<br/>-Group Life & Accidental Insurance<br/>-Annual Body Check<br/><br/>
